On March 22, 2025, something powerful happened at the Hyatt Regency Palais de la méditerranée in Nice. With the collaboration of local entrepreneurs, friends and family, I had the immense pleasure to create and host “Anything Is Possible,” an event that brought together bold thinkers, entrepreneurs, creatives, and changemakers to celebrate women’s empowerment, leadership, and personal growth.
With extensive experience as an entrepreneur, and founder of Empower Global Women, nonprofit organisation, I’ve always believed that when we gather with intention and courage, transformation becomes not only possible but inevitable. That day was a manifestation of years of belief, resilience, and alignment. What began as a dream turned into a landmark gathering that united generations of women ready to make an impact, challenge norms, and turn the impossible into the inevitable.
This event was born from a simple yet unshakable belief: when we support one another, we rise together. I envisioned “Anything Is Possible” as more than a conference. It was a call to action, a celebration of audacity, and an inspiring space for little girls, young and adult women to dream, connect, feel nurtured and lead.
Held during Women’s History Month, it was our collective response to the global need for visibility, empowerment, and legacy building.
Too often, women’s stories are underrepresented, especially when it comes to leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurship. With this event, I wanted to rewrite that narrative. I wanted women regardless of background, status, or industry to feel seen, heard, and valued. This was our time to take up space and redefine power through community.
Set within the prestigious Hyatt Regency Palais de la Méditerranée in Nice, the event unfolded in the heart of the French Riviera, where the beauty of the venue matched the depth of the exchanges, with a curated cocktail reception and gourmet buffet that fostered meaningful conversations, spontaneous encounters, and a sense of shared celebration.
Digital Marketing Masterclass with Achatou KEITA, founder of My Digital Window agency
We began with a dynamic masterclass that explored how branding and digital tools can scale our voices, our businesses, and our impact. With the listening of inspiring entrepreneurs, Achatou shared key strategies on content creation, community building, and brand storytelling with a focus on visibility and authenticity.
We covered how your communication can harness platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or TikTok not just to sell, but to lead movements and inspire change. Many attendees told me afterwards that they left the session with more than tools, they left with a clearer vision.

Beyond the products and services, what resonated was the intention. Every brand present had a mission, a voice, and a soul. I saw powerful conversations happening between women who had never met before. Collaborations were born that day. Some even told me they found new clients, new partners, and new sisters in business.
This wasn’t just an expo. It was a space of ideas and possibilities.

This was the moment I had been waiting for the unveiling of our movement. I took the stage to share the journey of Empower Global Women, our purpose, and the dreams that fuel our work.
I spoke not only as a founder but as a woman who believes in the power of one voice to echo across the world. I looked out into the audience and saw tears, smiles, and sparks of recognition. I shared the challenges behind the scenes, the doubts I had silenced, and the relentless work it took to bring this dream to life.
And I reminded every woman there: Your story is not small. Your voice is not too loud. Your dreams are valid.
I was especially honored by the presence and words of Maty Diouf, Deputy Mayor of Nice in charge of Women’s Rights, Anti‑Discrimination, International Solidarity, and Humanitarian Action. She is a woman of commitment and conviction, whose unwavering dedication to inclusion and gender equality has left a profound mark on our region. Her support and powerful message reminded us that public action and civic engagement must walk hand in hand with the voices of those they serve. Her presence lent this moment a sense of continuity between generations, between institutions and the women they uplift, and between vision and action.
Our runway came alive with designers like MayQueen Gbedo (Royalty Couture) and Thierry Mivek (Aizo Paris) and other creators who blend culture, identity, and boldness into wearable art.
Each look told a story of heritage, creativity, and uprising. It was more than fashion it was expression, liberation, and pride. For many, it was the first time they saw men and women who looked like them represented in such elegance and strength.
The energy was super, and the message was clear: visibility is power. Beauty is diverse. Art is a form of expression.

We closed the evening dancing, toasting, and connecting over shared stories and future plans. It was not just a party it was a collective exhale, a joyful affirmation that we are indeed the authors of our own narratives.
People lingered for a long time. Because once you’ve tasted this level of connection, you don’t want to let go. I watched men and women exchange numbers, offer support, and dream aloud. That, to me, is the real success of “Anything Is Possible.”
I was deeply moved by the incredible diversity of our speakers, partners, and guests. From podcast hosts to creative entrepreneurs, from spiritual leaders to entrepreneurship disruptors, each of them is proof that dreams, when nurtured, can bloom into impact.
This event wasn’t about putting people on pedestals. It was about showing that we all have greatness inside us, waiting to be claimed.
Their testimonials, their projects, their energy created a rich, inspiring mosaic of ambition, culture, and resilience.
“Anything Is Possible” was never meant to be a one-time event. It is a living statement of what we are building with Empower Global Women: a global network of women ready to rise, support, and co-create a better world.
Every product you purchase, every ticket you buy, every story you share moves us closer to our mission: empowering women across borders and amplifying their voices.
Our community is not defined by geography but by a shared commitment to empowerment. From Paris to Dakar, from Nice to New York and worldwide, our ripple effect continues.
I want to express my gratitude to every speaker, sponsor, volunteer, partner, family, friends and guest who made this vision real. This event would not have been possible without your time, energy, and belief.
You showed up. You trusted me. You brought your light.
To every woman who came feeling unsure but left feeling powerful, this was for you. To every entrepreneur who doubted herself but pitched her idea anyway, this was for you. To every young girl who watched and saw herself, this was especially for you.
And to those moments forever captured by the lens of Evenjoy. Thank you for rendering all these emotions into images.
As I look ahead, I’m filled with both pride and yearn. Pride in what we created together. Yearning to go further, reach more women, and challenge more limits.
I hope “Anything Is Possible” has left you with fire in your heart and the certainty that your voice matters. I hope it reminds you that dreams don’t need permission and that your journey is worth fighting for.
