Last week, I had the great pleasure of being a guest on the “Portrait Immo” podcast, hosted by Wassia Alade, CEO of the real estate agency Sovimo based on Mandelieu La Napoule, French Riviera.

 

During this wonderful exchange, I shared on my journey, my values, and the story that fueled my whole life and career.

 

I had to answer thoughtful, sometimes surprising questions, some I had never even asked myself and I enjoyed it!
Together, we explored the key milestones of my entrepreneurial path, and how I support every client with dedication and heart.

 

 

Wassia asked me about my first experience as an entrepreneur:

Back in the first company I worked in for 10 years. I had to share about the reason of my resignation, even at the time it felt so easy and natural for me

During a challenging time, where I spent nearly two years without making a single sale, my first deal came.
Now that I am working for 23 years in the wood and flooring industry, I can proudly say that I am a true, recognized and awarded specialist in my field.

 

Every step has shaped who I am, both professionally and personally, through meaningful projects that are still on my mind.

 

But for now, my biggest achievement is the Villa Siga project in Dakar, Senegal in 2021, built in just 30 days with a Brazilian team.

Villa Siga This eco-responsible all-wooden villa holds a special place in my heart not only for its beauty, but also because it stands in my home country, where I was born.

 

Wassia also mentions how do I inspire others, especially young people, and what advice I can give them.

I took this moment to share what I deeply believe in, to never hesitate to get back on your feet if you ever fall down and never give up. Most important, to always believe in yourself.
